About Mark
Mark has been married to his wife Sarah for over 30 years. They live in Mill Creek and have three adult kids.
He was elected in 2014 to the Washington State House of Representatives and left in 2018.
Prior to the legislature, Mark served two terms on the Mill Creek City Council and was elected Mayor Pro-Tem in his last year on the council.
He previously served as a Director on the Everett Community College Foundation Board and as a Director on the Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish County.
He has served in his community as a youth coach for the Future Business Leaders of America, Mill Creek Police Advisory Board, Seattle Hill Road Traffic Advisory Committee member and on his Homeowners Association board. He completed two terms as Vice President of Snohomish Cities and Towns.
Mark has made Public Safety, cost efficient services and great parks his priority while on the council all within a balanced budget with low taxes.
Mark works in the technology industry and owns an IT Services and Consulting company in Mill Creek after completing a long career at Microsoft and Amazon.
